All sets x 3 each movement

Super Set 1

  • Body squat w/25 lb weight | 3 sets of 15
  • 10 true sit ups
  • Hamstring Stretch | :30 seconds each leg
  • Clap Push Ups: x 10

Super Set 2

  • Squat: x 10
  • DB Bench: x 12
  • 5lb straight leg lift
  • Hip / Ham Stretch x :30 sec / side

Super Set 3

  • DB Lunges:
  • Forward, Step Back, Lateral
  • DB Incline Bench x 12
  • Quad Stretch x :30s x both legs
  • Lateral Med Ball Throws, 10 each side

Super Set 4

  • Machine Leg Curl & Ham x 10
  • DB Flies x 10
  • Front Hold / Side / Side :45s

Cardio

  • Walk .10   3.5 speed @ 5.0 incline
  • Run .10 at 6.0
  • Repeat: 7.0, 8.0, 9.0, 10.0
  • 1 mile total
