Hamstring Curl: 3 sets of 12

Super Set 2
Single Arm Pull Down: 3 Sets of 10 (slow & controlled)
Abdominal: 10lb. leg raise & hold: 3 sets of 10
Reverse Hamstring Raise: 3 Sets of 10

Super Set 3
Single Arm Seated Row: 3 Sets of 10
Abdominal: 25lb straight arm & hold sit up: 3 sets of 10

Cardio: .10 mile run / sprint x 10 sets
6.0, 6.3, 6.6. 7.0, 7.3, 7.7. 8.0, 8.5. 9.0, 10.0

QORE WARM UP THROW: 50 total throws
