Quad 1

  1. Box Jump: 2 sets of 10
  2. RDL: 2 sets of 10
  3. Front Hold: 2 sets of :45s
  4. Single Arm Chest: 2 sets of 10

Quad 2

  1. Jump Rope: 2 sets of 50 jumps
  2. Cord: Back fly: 2 sets of 10
  3. AB roll out: 2 sets of 10
  4. Push Downs: 2 sets of 10

Quad 3

  1. Squat: 2 sets of 10
  2. DB Pull & Push Up: 2 sets of 5 each arm
  3. Ball to Wall throw: 2 sets of 10 (each side)
  4. DB Curls: 2 sets of 10

Quad 4

  1. Side Lunge: 2 sets of 5 each leg (20lbs)
  2. Straight leg raise & hold: 2 sets of 10 (10lbs)
  3. :15s dot drill: 2 sets of 10
  4. Shoulder complex: :15lbs - Shrug, Side, Front, Press x 8 (2 sets)
