Super Set #1
Speed Ladder: 10 movements (down & back)
After every speed ladder movement - do 3 slow & controlled pull-ups
= 30 pull ups after 10 speed ladder movements


Super Set #2
Med Ball Throw & Burpees: 6 sets of 5
DB Back Row: 6 sets of 5 each arm = 30 total
 

Super Set #3
Jump Rope: 6 sets of 50 jumps
Seated Row: 6 sets of 5 = 30 total reps
 

Drop Intense Throw
QORE Warm Up
30 full speed drop & finish the route combinations
