Straight Bar Upright Row: 3 x 10
Med Ball Wall Overhead Bounces: 30 x 3


Super Set #3
Straight Bar Military Press: 3 x 10
Agility Ball Roll Outs: 3 x 10


Super Set #4
Straight Bar Single Arm Shrug: 3 x 10 x EA
Weighted Seated V Ups (10lbs) 3 x 15
